Privacy policy

Moxie Miles is run by InSite Forge, Inc. When you join a shop’s rewards program, that shop decides how your information is used, and we handle it on the shop’s behalf to run the program.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, mobile number, and email if you add one.
- Your visits: visit dates, totals, the services done, mileage, and work you chose to put off, entered by the shop or sent from its shop software.
- Your car: year, make, model, plate and VIN where the shop records them.
- Your rewards: points, punches, credit and coupons.
- Your choices: whether you agreed to marketing texts, when, and the wording you agreed to.
- Technical details: if you add the card to Apple or Google Wallet, a device code those services use to send card updates.
We don’t collect your location. Phones decide on their own when to show your card near a shop.
How it’s used
- To run your rewards card and keep it up to date.
- To send messages about your card, your visits and your car’s service.
- To send offers by text, only if you said yes, and by email, which you can unsubscribe from any time.
- To give the shop reports about its program.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with other shops.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to run the program: Apple and Google (wallet cards), Twilio (texts), Brevo (email), Stripe (shop billing) and our hosting and database providers. They handle data only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
While the shop runs its program. If the shop cancels, we delete its data 90 days later. You can ask the shop, or us, to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- You can see your visits and rewards any time in your account.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information. Ask the shop or contact us.
